- 1: I bought a subscription and it's not letting me see the tournament:
Are you trying to view a game from a different tournament than the one(s) you subscribed to? Tournament passes are for an individual classification tournament.
For example, if you subscribed to a 2A tournament, that does not mean that you are also subscribed to the 1A, 3A, and 4A tournaments as well.
You must subscribe to each classification's tournament individually.
- 2: I bought a subscription last year and I bought one again this year, but it's not letting me see the tournament this time:
Did you register with a new login name this year instead of logging in under the account you created last year? You may have an old cookie on your computer
that is conflicting with the additional account you created this year. Try closing any open browser windows and deleting your www.CybersportsUSA cookies.
Then, login again with the new login you created and you should be able to see this year's tournament. If you need to go back and view last year's tournament
you can do so by closing any active games you have open and using the Logout feature in the lefthand navigation of the main website to logout and start a new session where you can
use your old login and view the old tournament. PLEASE NOTE: It is better to keep using the same account you created originally so that all of your subscriptions
are under one account. If you forgot your login name and/or password, you may follow the instructions on either FAQ #6 or #7 to get help.
- 3: I changed computers and now I am not able to log in:
Your CyberPass subscription entitles you to tournament access from one computer at a time. If you are going to change computers,
you will need to close any webcast game windows you have open and then click the "Log Out" link in the left-hand navigation menu to log out of your current viewing session
before changing computers. If you have already changed computers without logging out, you will need to wait 20 minutes for your previous session to
time out before the system will let you login form your new location.
- 4: I stepped away from my computer for a few minutes and now I can't view the webcasts
Are you on a wireless or shared network? If you are on a computer (most commonly a notebook computer) and either you disconnect from your network and reconnect again
OR your network disconnects and reconnects you again, it is possible that your computer may have been assigned a different IP address.
If you were logged in to a Cybersports session when this happened, the Cybersports system will see your new connection and new IP address
as a new session from a different computer and will not recognize your computer as the one that started the initial viewing session.
That is because of the change in your IP address. You will need to wait up to 20 minutes for your previous session to
time out before the system will recognize the session from your new IP address. (See previous FAQ regarding the limitations of active viewing sessions and how to log out).
- 5: I shared my login and password with a friend and now I can't login:
A CyberPass subscription entitles you to tournament access from one computer at a time. You may not share your subscription with another person and have simultaneous access.
- 6: I forgot my password: Click on the Login link and when you get to the secure login screen, you may use the Remind Me feature to have your password
sent to the email address assocated with your CyberPass account.
- 7: I forgot my login name: You may email a request for your login name to CybersportsUSA.com
and we will lookup your account and forward your login name to you so that you may use the Remind Me feature to get your password. PLEASE NOTE:
You must provide us with your first and last name as well as the email address that was used when you signed up for your subscription. It may take up to 24 hours
for us to process your request, so to avoid the need for this it is highly recommended that you write down your login name so that you don't forget it.
If you forget your password, you can use the Remind Me feature to get your password again and not risk missing out on the games you want to watch.
