Installation Problems

If you are having problems installing your CyberSports software. Here's what we recommend you try:

  1. Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and Remove CyberSports software. If you had previously installed the demo version, uninstall that also.
  2. Making sure that there are no other programs running in the background and try re-installing the program again . It might also be wise to disable any antiviral applications. It might be a good idea to remove all programs from your Start Up group. Having programs automatically open every time you turn on you computer eats valuable memory.
  3. Re-install your CyberSports software from disk.
  4. Try opening the game module.

If the above does not solve the problem:

  1. Uninstall CyberSports for Basketball completely, using Add/Remove Programs.
  2. Re-start the computer in "Safe Mode". If the computer is in Safe Mode, it's much easier to be sure that no other applications are running during the installation.
  3. In Safe Mode, run the installation again and verify that the program is working properly.  If it is not, let us know.
  4.  If it is working properly, then restart your computer in Normal Mode. Since CyberSports software worked in the Safe Mode it should work in the Normal Mode; however, verify the program is working properly.
