Installation Problems
If you are having problems installing your CyberSports software. Here's what
we recommend you try:
- Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and Remove CyberSports
software. If you had previously installed the demo version, uninstall that
also.
- Making sure that there are no other programs running in the background and
try re-installing the program again . It might also be wise to disable any
antiviral applications. It might be a good idea to remove all programs from
your Start Up group. Having programs automatically open every time you turn
on you computer eats valuable memory.
- Re-install your CyberSports software from disk.
- Try opening the game module.
If the above does not solve the problem:
- Uninstall CyberSports for Basketball completely, using Add/Remove
Programs.
- Re-start the computer in "Safe Mode". If the computer is in Safe
Mode, it's much easier to be sure that no other applications are running
during the installation.
- In Safe Mode, run the installation again and verify that the program is
working properly. If it is not, let us know.
- If it is working properly, then restart your computer in Normal
Mode. Since CyberSports software worked in the Safe Mode it should work in
the Normal Mode; however, verify the program is working properly.
